On Tuesday, 16th June, to celebrate thirty years at the helm of this iconic Kamptal estate dating back to 1171, Michael Moosbrugger will present a fascinating selection of his wines to pair a menu curated for the occasion by Amy Poon.
After a glass of his excellent Schloss Gobelsburg Brut, Michael will explain his philosophy with a tasting of his Langenlois Grüner Veltliner 2024, the Zöbing Riesling 2024 and the unique multi vintage Tradition 3 Years.
With dinnerhe will serve the exceptional single vineyard Ried Renner Grüner Veltliner 2022, followed by the legendary single vineyard Ried Heiligenstein Riesling from two of the finest vintages, 2021 and 2016. In a nod to the Cistercian monks, owners of the estate and who introduced Pinot Noir to Austria in the 12th century, his Pinot Noir Reserve 2020 in magnum will follow. As a final flourish, the rare Grüner Veltliner Eiswein 2021 will pair the dessert.
